Look at my baby girl, a nasty insect has biten her right eye lid! Now she looks like a boxer the day after a lost match. So nasty that she could not open her right eye. Luckily, she copes quite well with her "appearance". Even I hold my tears not to drop (miris hatiku), not in front of her of course. When she's seeing herself in the mirror (when brushing her teeth for example), I explain that she will soon be able to re-open her right eye again, that I put some ointment to reduce the inflation. Like when she's having the Chickenpox, she could handle physical "disturbance"(I must learn many things from her). It was the last days of school, too bad that she could not say good bye to her classmates and her teachers before the holiday.Tomorrow papa will send her to mamy papou for 2 weeks holiday at their summer house. I feel bad giving my baby in 'that condition' to them. Hope she will recover soon (some say it'll takes 4 days to get back to normal again).
